We take pride in shipping your order quickly.  Typically, we have your item in the mail within 1-3 business days of your order.  

 

Shipping Time

We ship with the most economic shipping rates, therefore, most items ship ground shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS.  We can offer upgrades at cost.  For an upgrade, please contact us prior to order @reneemaeve@gmail.com

 

Damaged Order

We fully insure all orders.  If you receive an item that is damaged, please forward notice to shopdearrenee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Please include photos of the box, label, contents, and packing material.  Once all photos are received, we will refund your purchase and file necessary insurance claims.
